Air Wick air fresheners have been a part of people’s homes for decades, but often traditional tactics like circulars and in-store displays aren’t enough. People who buy air fresheners like new scents and new ways to freshen up their home. Instead of traditional marketing tactics, Air Wick wanted to find a more engaging platform than traditional paid media to reach their target buyers and increase purchase behavior. Working with a team of developers and designers, Heather built a digital platform to engage customers with exclusive content, gaming activities, consumer feedback and specialized rewards. Within six months of launch, the platform had achieved its targeted membership and business objectives.
